Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. To be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

Because our products are electrical hardware designed for permanent installation, installed or modified units are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.
